Squat, bench, deadlift, press. Our barbell-first program runs on percentages and progressive overload — not guesswork. Twelve competition platforms, calibrated plates, and coaches who live for a clean lockout. Whether your goal is a first bodyweight squat or a state powerlifting total, the path is the same: show up, add weight, repeat.

Forty-five minutes of intervals across turf, rowers, assault bikes and free weights — programmed so you never repeat the same workout in a month. Heart-rate zones on the big screen keep you honest; the room keeps you moving. Our highest calorie burn and our loudest room, every single day.

Functional Fitness

Sled pushes, farmer carries, kettlebell complexes, crawls and odd-object work on our 40-yard turf strip. This is strength you use — lifting kids, hauling gear, surviving moving day. The most scalable program in the building and the favorite starting point for new members over 40.

Coach Andre Whitfield teaches boxing the way he learned it — footwork before firepower. Classes cycle through technique drills, pad work and heavy-bag conditioning rounds on our eight-bag rack. No sparring required, ever; an invite-only sparring hour runs Fridays for experienced members.
